We can't compare our eye with cameras. But if we are asked to tell about the eye resolution in mega pixels, then a human eye is 576 mega pixels. A common camera in our cell phone or DSLR have maximum 50 mega pixel. These cameras can’t compete with the eye resolution.

The highest pixel resolution on a 35mm sensor is on the Canon 5Ds, which gives 50.6 mega pixel result only.

So it is impossible to compete with the eye resolution with camera.
